RETENTION

Teachers Like Me will retain educators…

by supporting their progress in earning a degree in Education and providing teachers who remain in their school and/or in the District with incentives, including stipends, referral rewards, and a path to homeownership.

ACTIVITIES

TLM will support all TLM Teachers through the acceptance, enrollment, and persistence in their pursuit of a degree in Education.

OUTCOMES

50% of TLM Classroom Teachers will serve in a leadership role on their school campus, in their district, and/or in an education program during the TLM teacher program and after.


80% of school leaders/teacher supervisors will respond that the campus’ TLM Classroom Teacher has contributed to the school and community culture.


90% of TLM Teachers will express desire to remain in the profession for more than 5 years.
